Fuego ERG Co-Lead @Slack

I am now co-leading Slack's second-ever Community Incubator Group, Fuego!

Fuego is Slack's new employee group that will strive to provide visibility, community, and a sense of belonging for the Latinx and Hispanic employees and allies in and outside of Slack.

As Co-Lead of Fuego, my responsibilities include:

∙ Building out the leadership team (treasurer, volunteers, executive sponsor) ∙ Attending DEB Council Meetings ∙ Creating OKRs and managing the budget ∙ Articulating a mission statement tied to business objectives ∙ Driving the yearly planning and community building events ∙ Fielding needs and desires of current and potential members ∙ Defining and implementing metrics that measure our impact
