Pre-Interview Comms & Interview Hub Revamp

Developed a complete refresh to the candidate pre-interview experience for Byteboard.

Portfolio

The primary goal of these changes is to increase candidate motivation and decrease the time from when a candidate receives the interview invitation to when they submit a complete interview.

The updated candidate invitation email sets expectations and reduces the uncertainty around clicking start.

The new Interview Hub helps candidates quickly understand the priority steps toward completing their interview.

Both of these resources are designed to soothe interview anxiety, including through an optional pre-interview breathing exercise.
