- Byteboard is a startup focused on recreating the technical interview experience to be more effective, efficient, and equitable for all.
- I joined as the 10th hire and 3rd software engineer. Byteboard was later acquired by Karat in 2023.
- I worked with React, TypeScript, Next.js, MUI, and Firebase to add user-facing features.
- Redesigned dashboard with 4 conditional states to efficiently manage candidate data
- Improved top-of-funnel flow resulting in a better interview experience for 20K+ yearly candidates
- Enabled self-serve abilities for 60+ clients to perform interview actions on candidates more efficiently
- Introduced redesign of skills report view and received 4 positive client testimonials
- Developed a new design system to streamline component reuse across a team of 5 engineers
- Building new product features from start to finish, working cross-functionally through project conception, research, implementation, release, and maintenance
