Shipped something I'm really proud of: a new Customize Notifications modal for Slack, now live for all users.

The feature lets you visualize and personalize your channel notifications so the conversations that matter most actually stand out. It's part of a broader effort to reduce notification noise and make Slack's notification system more intuitive and accessible.

Built in collaboration with Celia Hunko on Slack's Sidebar Systems team — the kind of high-impact, highly collaborative work that's at its best when the whole team is aligned on both the user problem and the implementation details.
