Lead developer and maintainer for the Contact Sales form on Slack.com — one of the largest drivers of lead generation on the site. Built and maintained the form from initial launch through multiple versions, experiments, and the Salesforce acquisition.

- 11K+ unique leads, 600K+ visits, 99.7% success rate on first attempt
- $60M+ in pipeline revenue generated
- ~80% of all Slack.com marketing pipeline revenue traced through this form
