Frances is very good at both the hard and soft skills required in software engineering. She is a very knowledgeable programmer with impressive frontend expertise and she is impeccably well-organized and diligent about managing projects and streamlining communication. She is always striving to improve team processes and practices in the spirit of working together more effectively. I think she will be a leader on any team she’s on and I hope to work with her again some day!
