I was introduced to Frances by a colleague. My company is currently researching how to kick start ERG(s) and Frances was open and willing to let us pick her brain about the ERG she is a part of at Slack - Fuego. She provided a lot of great information, everything from structure of the ERG (roles & responsibilities) to what works well, activities they rolled out, and learnings from the year.
