Slack completely redesigned its notification system to address user overwhelm, migrating from four conflicting preference models to a unified system with three clear options. This architectural overhaul separated notification content from delivery method, giving users independent control over what activities trigger notifications and which devices receive push alerts.
Shipped sidebar improvements to Slack including channel indentation, smart breakpoints, consistent padding, and default section icons — a thoughtful glow-up that improves usability without disrupting familiarity.
Shipped a new Customize Notifications modal for Slack that lets users visualize and personalize channel notifications — high-impact, highly collaborative work that affects millions of Slack users daily.
Shipped the File Column Type for Slack Lists — allowing users to attach and manage files (images, PDFs, videos, and more) directly within list items across desktop and mobile. Features include multi-file attachment (up to 10), hover previews, lightbox view, recent files menu, and full cross-platform sync.
Custom styling used for WordPress website
A personal data project to catalog every contestant, episode, and result from Netflix's Nailed It! — the baking competition show where amateur bakers try (and gloriously fail) to recreate elaborate cakes. Never finished, but the data was fun to collect.

Revamped the webinar registration flow on Slack.com from an external ON24-hosted redirect into a fully white-labeled, in-page experience. Last project at Slack. Integrated the ON24 REST API and AddEvent API for calendar invites.
